The Garden View Cottages are tastefully decorated abodes that stand amidst lovely courtyards. Each cottage has a courtyard bathroom equipped with rain shower and twin basins. The Pool View Cottages are designed to offer complete privacy to the guests. The cottages are light and airy and feature locally handmade furniture. The decor includes pieces of contemporary and antique works of art from Kerala. The Sea View Cottages are designed with teak floors, high ceilings, and impressive handmade furniture. The exclusive Private Pool Cottage boasts of a garden courtyard bathroom that features a sunken tub, rain shower, and twin basins. Each of these cottages is available with double or twin beds, as per requirement. - The resort will be closed for general maintenance for the month of July.
- Rates are valid for both Indian and Foreign nationals.
- Rates are in Indian Rupees.
- One Extra bed will be available only for children aged up to 12 years old.
- Mandatory Christmas Eve dinner Rs 5510 per person + taxes (a la carte)
- Mandatory New Year Eve dinner Rs 6350 per person + taxes (a la carte)
- Rates are exclusive of the Government taxes; please add 19.92% taxes on special rates and 14.5% on meals. Taxes are subjected to change as per the Government policy.
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Smoking is prohibited in the prohibited areas
- No reservations will be taken with check out on the 24th or 31st of December
Cancellation policy
- For all reservations from 20th Dec – 16th Jan and from 1st – 28th Feb, a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking is required and the balance amount minimum 60 days before check-in, which would be non- refundable too.
- For reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date, the deposit within 48 hours of making the reservation should be received failing which the reservation will be released without prior intimation.
