The Serene Eco-Resort At Kumily is located on a 9-acre land spread over the hills of Thekkady. It is surrounded by lush forests and untouched greenery that promises to soothe not only your eyes but your soul too. Away from the hustle and bustle of the town and the chaotic streets of the city, the resort is a haven where fresh air and serenity are yours all throughout! The underlying theme of the property’s architecture is to be one with nature, eco-friendliness, and sustainability. It is built with minimalism in mind. Its foundation and structure are built using rock and rubble from the area where it now stands. The exterior walls of the resort are plastered with Thekkady’s mud and sand, and the thatched roofs are handmade by a local tribe. The resort has two restaurants and a fully equipped bar. The restaurants dish out a variety of international and Indian dishes, including local specialties, for their guests. The resort’s spa offers rejuvenating massage therapies and treatments.
