The Plantation Estate Bungalow at Hudikeri which features detailed planning and design has been built overlooking a tea plantation. The bungalow has been standing for half a century, and the feeling of an old spacious living accommodation still lingers here. Surrounded by plantations and lush forest land, the bungalow has been built keeping in mind the biodiversity of the region. The estate has vast open spaces that can be explored and offer a variety of activities for every kind of traveler. Your dining options include a choice of local, North Indian, Jain, and Continental cuisines to tantalize your palate. A variety of delicious desserts are also available to cater to your sweet tooth and of course, you can enjoy a hot cup of tea any time your heart desires.  

Warm, spacious rooms greet you at the Plantation Estate Bungalow at Hudikeri. With a twin portico, the bungalow is home to five comfortable rooms, with all but one of these opening out to a spacious verandah overlooking the estate.  A dining room and living room are also part of the airy bungalow equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, and televisions. The manicured front yard is a great spot to relax and contemplate upon the tea garden.  A total of 13 guests can be accommodated at this elegant bungalow at a time. • Booking will be confirmed only on 100% advance payment.
• As per Government new rules, the guests must submit their photo identity proof at the time of check-in.
• All Guests are required to produce proper proof of identification upon check-in. 
• Valid identification documents include Passport, Voter’s ID, Driver’s License, PAN Card.
• Document must include a photograph.

• Confirmed reservation may be altered/canceled only if intimation in writing reaches the company 30 days prior to the check-in date.
• Cancellation of confirmed booking attracts 20% cancellation charges.
• Cancellation of confirmed booking on or before 15 days prior to check in date will attract 50% cancellation charges. No refund for cancellations less than 15 days before
• No refund for cancellations less than 15 days before check-in date.
• No Show charge: No refund and will be charged 100% retention for the length of stay. Early Departure: 100% retention on the balance night booked.
• Early Departure: 100% retention on the balance night booked.

Refund Policy:

• Refund for a confirmed booking will only be considered if intimation in writing reaches the company 30 days prior to the check-in date with cancellation charges.
• Refund is paid through cheque in the name of the person who made the booking and payment.
• Refund process takes 45 days.
