Terms & Conditions
- Indian nationals should carry a government-approved identity proof and produce it at the time of check in. The PAN card, Voters’ ID, Passport, Aadhar Card, Driver’s Licence, etc. are accepted as identity proof.
- If you are a foreign national, your original passports and other required documents as per the regulations should be produced at the time of check in.
- Foreign Nationals who work in India should produce their Residential Permit along with other required documents.
- The Resort will charge extra occupancy charges per child and adult which include extra bed, meals, and taxes.
- The Resort does not permit pets.
- The time of check-in is at 1 PM and the time for check out is at 11 AM.
- Arrangement for private guided tours in your own vehicle or rented vehicle and group tours in a rented vehicle to the major attractions in Hampi can be arranged at an extra cost.
- You need to make prior reservations to take part in the walks and tours offered by the Resort. All walks and tours are subject to availability.
Cancellation policy
- Any alteration, cancellation or change in the duration must be given in writing, 20 days prior to the check-in date.
- All cancellations before 20 days of check-in will be refunded, which is subject to 5% administrative charges.
- However, if you cancel or alter the booking within 20 days of the date of check in, full booking amount will be charged as cancellation fee.

Enjoy the immense in-house facilities of the resort. Unwind the day over a cup of coffee at the Deep Mahal as the dim light of diyas lights up space. Indulge in a relaxing massage therapy at Vaidyasala and let your worries and stress go away or catch up on some reading at the Reading Lounge. Take a splash by the Family Pool as you laze around and bond with your family members or take a plunge in seclusion into the Infinity Pool overlooking the landscape of Hampi.
If a tour around the city is on your mind, then private guided tours or group tours can be arranged at an extra cost. These could be via the guest’s or resort’s vehicle, depending on the preference. A number of trails can be covered in a package. Take the Raya Trail to learn about the lives of the Rajas or Maharajas of Vijayanagara. If you like walking, then stroll along the temples, monoliths, and statues of the Virupaksha Trail. Check out the famous temple of Vijaya Vithala and the bazaar along the Vitthalapura Walk. On the other hand, the Tungabhadra trek offers scenic views and great sunset points.
If you want to engage your children in some activities, the resort provides a lot of fun activities for them besides a pool, especially for children.

There is no airport at Hampi. However, the closest airport is at Hubli which is located about 210 km away. Bangalore (350 km), Goa (350 km) and Hyderabad (380 km) are other nearby airports.
If you are taking the train, Hospet railway station is the closest (16 km), followed by Bellary (50 km), Chitradurga (150 km) and Hubli (200 km). Bangalore City Station is at a distance of about 340 km from the temple town of Hampi. From Bangalore station, you can either drive down or take an overnight train to Hampi.
A drive from Bangalore to Hampi will take about 7 hours by road. You can also drive down to the resort by road from other major cities and towns like Goa (352 km), Hyderabad (374 km), Mysore (403 km) and Pune (565 km), Hospet, Bellary, and Chitradurga are the major towns located closest to Hampi.
