Cancellation policy
- No Show or cancellation or amendment within 3 days of check in Cancellation charges will be 100 % of advance payment.
- Cancellation or amendment of booking within 10 days of check in will attract 75 % of advance payment.
- Cancellation or amendment of your Hotel booking within 25 days of check in will attract 50% cancellation charges.
- If you cancel your Hotel booking on and before 25 days of check in, no Cancellation charges.

Walking trails through the plantations wind through enduring trekking trails. The Madam’s Walk at the Estate Bungalow allows you to trace the path taken by early planting ladies. Set out on the Elephant’s Hills Walk that culminates at the hilltop with a panoramic view or the Leisure Planter’s Walk through the entire estate.
Trekking to the nearby mountains enriches your senses with the thrill of adventure and a bird’s eye view of the captivating mountain valleys, paddy fields, streams, and waterfalls of Wayanad. Mountain bikes are available at the resort to explore the terrain on two wheels.
Take a tea tour with an early morning visit to the tea nursery followed by a trip to the fields to glimpse tea plants in their different stages. In the more mature tea fields, guests can enjoy the experience of plucking tea leaves. It is exciting to know that your harvest would be sent to the factory for processing.
Visit to the tea factories for a lesson on tea tasting is a novel experience. At the factory, understand the minute details of tea manufacturing and know the difference between Orthodox and CTC Black Tea manufacture. Expert tea tasting sessions are conducted and tips are shared on brewing the perfect cup of black tea.
A visit to the Floriculture Unit where Anthurium plants are cultivated is a must do. Cherish every moment of a drive through the oil palms, coffee, and rubber fields.

Nearest airport is Calicut which is about 125 km (approx 2.5 hrs) away.
From Calicut, drive on NH766 till Kalpetta Bypass. After crossing the bypass, take a left before Amritha Kripa Hospital to enter the Kalpetta-Mananthavady Road and drive till Madakkimala Ayyappa Bhajan Madham. Take a left after the Bhajan Madham to hit Wayanad road and drive towards Manathavady. After crossing Manathavady, drive on SH59, also called Malabar Hill Highway. After passing the Government Engineering College, Manathavady, on your right side, you will find Parisons Tea Factory out let.
Take the second right from here and pull over to the road that will take you to the Estate Bungalow.
