While the orchard provides mangoes, coconuts, cashews, and many other fruits in abundance, the farm grows vegetables which meet the needs of the homestay on a daily basis. The property, sprawling over 15 acres, is located close to the beach and also has a dairy farm with plenty of Jersey and Holstein cows providing fresh milk. There is also a moderately-sized swimming pool on the property where you can cool off at the end of each day.
You can experience farming first hand at this cozy homestay at Sawantwadi in Maharashtra and also choose the vegetables you want to taste in your next meal. The food served here features the local Konkani Malvani cuisine which features a great variety of seafood dishes. Coconut, fish, and vegetables are the primary ingredients in Malvani cuisine alongside the different seasonings. Al fresco dining is also an option for certain meals.
The homestay can also make arrangements for various activities you might want to experience such as visiting a pottery industry, getting a glimpse at mat weaving, and seeing how a bamboo workshop functions. You can also choose to explore local art forms, and tourist attractions such as forts, temples, beaches, and waterfalls amongst others.

Terms & Conditions
- Rooms are considered confirmed only against an advance payment of 50 % of the total room tariff for the duration of stay.
- A government approved identity document is required at the time of check-in.
- Foreign tourists will also need to have proof of identity as per regulations.
- All rooms have A/c except 2 executive rooms on the ground floor and 1 family room on the second floor.
- Meal timings are as follows:
- Early morning tea: 7.00 am to 8.00 am.
- Breakfast: 8.30 am to 9.30 am.
- Lunch: 12.30 pm to 2.00 pm.
- Dinner: 8:00 pm to 10.00 pm.
- Check-in and check-out time - 10.00 am.
- Late check-out till 6.00 pm will be 50% and beyond 6.00 pm will be 100% of the room tariff chargeable subject to availability of the rooms.
- The management reserves the right to change any brochure information, rates/cost before or after the room is booked due to any events beyond our control. If we are aware of these changes sufficiently well before hand, we will inform you in advance.
- The management in no circumstances whatsoever is liable to any guest’s loss of property or life, any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, or increased expenses.
- Dormitory stay means 8 to 10 adults staying together.
Cancellation policy
- Minimum Cancellation is Rs. 500 per room.
- 25% retention- between 15-10 days before arrival date.
- 50% retention - between 10-05 days before arrival date.
- 75% retention - between 05-02 days before arrival date.
- 100% retention - within 48 hours and no show.
- Cancellation charges are in percentage of total tariff cost.
- Guests must read the Terms & Condition carefully before booking the room/s.
