The resort, which is a 10-minute walk from the nearest road, is surrounded by a variety of trees such as rhododendron, oak, and pine.
Offering majestic views of Nanda Devi, this Charming Traditional Resort Near Binsar has been built in typical Kumaoni architectural style known as Kori Chinai or ‘Dry Stack’. This 100-year-old house features stacked stones without the use of any cementing material. The roof has pine logs stuffed with mud-embedded split up logs covered by local slate stone to form the terrace. The walls have been plastered with mud and husk to provide great insulation. The courtyard offers you unparalleled views of the mountains and the luxuriant valleys, while the semi-open dining area enables you to enjoy the food with nature as your host.
The cuisine options at the resort include North Indian and Continental food, but you should also sample the local specialties. The chefs mainly use locally sourced items and fresh produce to tantalize your taste buds. Farming, gardening, village and forest walks, and cycling are some activities available here.

Cancellation policy
- 61 days or more before the check-in date: 20% deduction.
- 60-31 days before the check-in date: 30% deduction.
- 30-16 days before the check-in date: 50% deduction.
- 15-06 days before the check-in date: 75% deduction.
- Within 5 days of check-in date: 90% deduction.
- No show on the date of check-in will invite 100% cancellation charges.

The resort offers a variety of activities to keep you engaged. If you would like to take it easy, enjoy reading a book whilst absorbing the nature or enjoy the breath taking views of millions of stars in the night while a campfire keeps you warm. If exploration is your choice, enjoy farming and gardening, hiking through the forest, cycling the many trails, or a walk up the hills. You can also walk up to the nearest village for a look up close into the life of the locals and enjoy a cup of tea with them. A guide is available to help you negotiate the hilly roads and blaze your own exploration trails.
Guests can also drive down to Binsar wildlife sanctuary, which is which is about 20 km from here. The Chitai Temple, which features hundreds of bells at the entrance is another popular tourist spot. It is dedicated to Golud Devta who is considered the God of Justice and people who get their wishes fulfilled tie the bells in thanksgiving.
