Terms & Conditions
- Tax on the rooms is 28 %, applicable from 01 July ( at present it is subject to government change ).
- We charge a supplement for X`mas and New Year ( from 17 Dec. – 7 Jan. ). This could be 10 % hike on the normal rate.
- Breakfast is included in room rate cost. Lunch and dinner is a la carte menu.
- Extra Bed - Only a few rooms can have extra beds, this will be charged at 5000 Rs. plus taxes ( from October 2017 to March 2018 ).
- Our swimming pool is 4 ft deep and children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. We can take no responsibility for their safety in the pools and in the building.
