- Foreigners should carry their original passports and other required documents as per the regulations.
- Foreign nationals who are working in India should carry their Residential Permit and produce it at the time of check in.
- There will be additional occupancy charges for extra children and adults during the premium period.
- Pets are not allowed in the resort and premises.
- Check in time and check out time are 1 PM and 11 AM, respectively.
Cancellation policy
- You may alter, cut short, or cancel confirmed bookings by providing a written intimation at least 20 days prior to the reserved check-in date.
- A cancellation charge equal to the complete booking amount will be levied on any cancellation or changes to the booking within 20 days of the reserved check-in date.
- An administrative charge of 5% is applicable on all refunds.

All these activities except the coracle ride and visit to an Ainemane (the ancestral house of the Kodavas) are complimentary.
