The accommodation at the Eco-friendly Resort At Bhitarkanika is several cuts above the ordinary, to say the least. There are Deluxe Tents, Deluxe Cottages, and Executive Cottages to select from. The Deluxe Tents are tastefully decorated and equipped with a full-size bed to comfortably accommodate two people. The Deluxe Cottages provide accommodation for two people in well-decorated interiors. These cottages come with a full-size bed where two people can easily relax and rest. The Executive Cottages offer comfortable and decorated accommodation with a full-size bed that is large enough for two people. • Forest remains closed from 1st May to 31st July, every year, due to nesting & breeding of Estuarine Crocodile.
• Govt. Approved photo ID & address proof( e.g. voter card/driving license/ aadhar card/ passport- for Indians and passport, visa & 3 recent passport size photographs- for foreigners) along with the original to obtain forest entry permit needed at the time of check-in.
• Please carry medicines, mosquito repellent, torch, dry foods with you. The nearest market is at a distance of  7 Km.
• Please carry sufficient cash. Nearest ATM s at a distance of  30 Km. We do not accept Credit/ Debit/ Prepaid card.
• Due to nearby forest & due to the natural habitat of various small wild animals, reptiles & insects( most of them harmless), you can encounter one or many of them during your stay at our resort, though we do regular pest control in our guest rooms, Kitchen & Dining hall. We cannot destroy their natural habitat because this is an eco-tourism facility.

• Please pay the balance amount in our A/c before 7 days from guest's check-in.
• 25% of the total amount will be deducted if you cancel 16 to 30 days before the date of arrival
• 50% of the total amount will be deducted if you cancel 8 to 15 days before the date of arrival
• 100% of the total amount will be deducted if you cancel 0 to 7 days before the date of arrival.
