Things to do
Though the Holiday Mansion is away from the hustle-bustle of life, the stay here is never short on adventure. Apart from visits to the Tea Factory, the unique Bee Museum, or the Tribal Research Centre and Museum, guests can enjoy viewing the Rose Garden and the beautiful Botanical Gardens of Ooty and nearby Coonoor. While in Ooty, one can climb Doddabetta Peak or go boating on Ooty Lake. Golf links and Sim’s Park at Coonoor too are worth a visit. A ride on the mountain train is also recommended from Ooty, provided tickets are reserved in advance.
